Policies:
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required. If you must cancel,
A $125 credit will be issued toward another weekend within 4 months of original scheduled date. The credit will only be issued if the cancellation is no less than 30 days prior to reserved date. If cancellation is within 30 days of reserved date, the deposit is forfeited.
The remaining balance is due no less than 30 days prior to reserved date.
If remaining balance is paid within 30 days of reservation date, a $30 late payment will be added and payment must be paid in full by money order only.
There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.

For the comfort and privacy of each and every guest, as well as for safety reasons, no children or pets are allowed at any time. Arbor Oaks Retreat House is not a child-proof facility and is not responsible for related injuries.

Arbor Oaks Retreat House is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Thank you for your cooperation.

In the unfortunate event that Arbor Oaks must cancel a weekend, a full refund will be issued.

April 16-18 After Tax Special
Your taxes are filed. You won't "owe" for staying Thursday or Sunday night FREE when you reserve this weekend. See you next year, Uncle Sam.

May 7-9 Mother's Day Special
Reserve Mother's Day weekend and stay Thursday or Sunday night FREE! What a perfect way to say "Thanks, Mom!"

June 4-6 School's Out Special
